    It has come and go several times over the last seven years. The worst was after the first two to three years after switching to vaping. It's been so long now that I didn't really recognize it until you folks mentioned it. I feel better some already today. I think I just need to keep on a regular exercise schedule to help keep me level.

    What's for lunch PT? It was pouring rain this morning. The drive to work was not good. My boss brings in Panera on Fridays so I got my usual everything bagel and brought a couple pieces of smoked cheddar cheese that my wife brought back from Osceola cheese store. Her and my mother in law stopped there on the way back from seeing my daughter at college.

    Hey y'all

    Sounds like the exercise helps reduce stress and helps you sleep better- both should help minimize depression. Hope you can keep up the motivation to exercise. it's difficult when you're tired, stressed and fighting depression.

    construction is still slow, but we're up to 2-3 steps/week instead of just one. the footing is poured, the block for the foundation was delivered and the mason will be available at the beginning of the week. (he started another job when we had the delays in getting approval to pour the footer. )

    It does really help but is hard to stay on track. I am on my feet and lifting fairly heavy machines during the day at work so I'm usually pretty tired when I get home but I just have to force myself to do it. Some of my best workouts have been when I'm really tired and don't want to do it.

    I'm glad construction is moving along. You must have really good patience.
