Sounds like the exercise helps reduce stress and helps you sleep better- both should help minimize depression. Hope you can keep up the motivation to exercise. it's difficult when you're tired, stressed and fighting depression.
construction is still slow, but we're up to 2-3 steps/week instead of just one. the footing is poured, the block for the foundation was delivered and the mason will be available at the beginning of the week. (he started another job when we had the delays in getting approval to pour the footer. )
