It was 59 here this morning when I got up.

Must be in the 60's this morning. CES, It will be close to asking price, everyone expects for you to come down a little in my price range. Evidently homes in the $150-$190K range are flying off the market at asking price.

It's good to hear that houses are selling again. I have no plans of ever selling but who knows. Maybe when I get old I might get tired of climbing stairs to the second story.

No lazy day here but it is really nice out. I got the lawn mowed and fixed a crack in the driveway. I still need to get some backer and sealer for between the slabs before winter.
