The EU screwed up as they hesitated last summer procuring vaccines and now playing catch-up. I'm in group 2 but they are still only half way through group 1. Ms.PT got her first Pfizer shot Monday just before the ice hit and shut most of the clinics down in OKC. I may still go to OKC if my group is called, my problem is I really want the Pfizer as its 3 weeks in between shots. I like Moderna but that means stay in OKC 4 weeks or come back to Spain and then return.

We signed up on what they are calling an interest list. I guess you have to show interest before you get on the actual list. My wife’s father is 86. Not sure why he can’t get it yet.

Is he in Kansas/Missouri? Until this ice storm, Okla was doing pretty good. I could have had a jab in January when I was there but decided against it as it would be cutting in line. In OK you sign up and it asks questions like if you are a registered healthcare worker, age, co-morbidity etc... then it assigns you a link that becomes active when your group is called, then you have to go find a location that has slots available.

Good morning. We’ve got 5 this morning headed for a high of 20. It’s supposed to start snowing any time now and go for 4-5 hours. I’m about sick of the cold and snow.
