We had a great day yesterday 64 and sun. Also I'm going in for a Mri/Cat scan on my knees in 10 days . Its been sore, no running but the elliptical is OK.

I’m sorry you’re having issues. Hopefully it’s nothing too serious. My wife has been having back pain again this past week. I told her to go see our chiropractor but she hasn’t yet.

The weather here is starting to get better. We got 50’s yesterday but it was very windy.

I have a bad knee also. It is bone on bone. A cortisone shot really helped mine.

Yes, that is a problem. How do you get surgery and then make it up those stairs? I hope you don’t have to get it done.

Good morning. Another cool day in the 30’s today. I’ve been trying to get back into a regular exercise routine. Not every day but at least three times a week. I’ve stuck with it a couple of weeks now and hope I can stay motivated to keep at it. I can sure feel it the day after in my legs.
