Thanks PT. I’ve been back at it regularly for 2-3 weeks. Before that it was maybe once a week. I can feel the difference already. I always seem to slack off over the holidays but this year was worse than normal. I hope I can stay motivated.

I haven’t had to go back for a second one yet. It’s been a long time. If you have to do a lot of steps I don’t know how well or how long the shot would work.

Good morning. I have been having some pain in the back of my left leg for a few days on and off. I must have pulled a muscle or something so I just did walks instead of running this weekend but did get in two workouts.

I’m basically here all the time. I check in at vu once in a blue moon but blah. They aren’t busy either.

I think a lot of people just don't stay on the forum either because they've figured out what they like and move on or go back to smoking. Some people like Wiz are on FB a lot. I wish I could catch up with some of the old people from the early days but didn't know their real names.

Yeah, I am camped on here all the time, especially lately........... I took quite a few years off from the forum and then came back here recently......... I joined the VU forum years ago but never did participate with the rowdy bunch over there LOL......... Where there are no rules, then there will be mayhem.... I still see a lot of us older members pop on here from time to time but they don't seem to participate as frequently as they used to. To my knowledge, the vaping industry is still relatively strong and so I don't think it's that.

I do miss some of the personalities on here from the early days.

I still see CES post on FB from time to time. I miss the guys from the smokeless thread like olderthandirt and twistedvictor. They were a big help to me when I was struggling to quit.

Lots of them are still around. They just do not chat too much any more. I miss a lot of them as well. I made a couple of good friends on here and we stay in contact on almost a daily basis apart from the forum.
