Spent all morning going twice to the State Capital where the secretary of states office is to get the Hague Apostle on our OSBI back ground check and marriage licence. Turns out the certified copy of my marriage licence had to have a new notary from the county clerk so had to drive to downtown OKC and get that then back to the State Capital.
