I found a screw in one of my tires last night after I got back from the movie theater with my daughter so I'm sitting waiting at the tire shop this morning.
Don't feel bad Hitt, I finally got out of my driveway, forgot they are having a Neighborhood Garage sale today. Wish this was a few weeks ago, I have hardly anything left to sell.
I got the tire fixed and had the oil changed while I was there. I had to make a run to the hardware store to get more pvc fittings. I didn't replace all of the pipe between the house and the first valve for the sprinklers and had a new leak yesterday. I'm not looking forward to it but it's all getting replaced with new this time.
That is one thing I was going to do here also Hitt. I ran out of time to check the sprinklers, I guess the next renters will find out what works.
I'm going to let the ground dry and tackle that one tomorrow. I'm painting trim right now.

I have been lazy catching up on a couple recorded shows. I need to fix the sprinkler line, nail the floor molding back in place and start taping to paint the crown molding.
Hey Fran, I'm just waiting for folks to come by and pick-up a desk and file cabinet. Sun peaked out but overcast again.
I got the crown molding taped and one coat of paint. I think it's going to have to wait for a second coat. I also got my broken sprinkler pipe fixed and altered the sump drain pipe. I'm about done for today. I might try to nail the floor molding back in place.
