I have some friends coming over this morning to help me move furniture around to make space for Mom and some of her stuff. She won't be here for another few weeks, but this give me time to go through stuff and get used to the changes in my space (it takes me while )

i think financing is moving forward- i hope it won't take long to get it in place, so that construction can actually begin.
