Good morning. We went to my in laws house last night for my FiL's bday. He's 83. He is still active and gets around really well. I hope I'm that lucky.
I really need to get back into my exercise routine. I fell off the wagon for about a month while I was working on the outside of the house any time I wasn't at work and haven't been able to get back into a routine since. I've still been getting one or maybe two in a week but it's not enough and I can feel it.

I ordered a p80 mod June 20 from sourcemore on a preorder that was supposed to ship on July 1. Here it is five weeks later and I had to chew them out to get a tracking number. I was always the one to have to contact them and they kept telling me a bunch of crap about they had to get it from their other warehouse. They kept asking me to wait a few days which turned into weeks. I finally lost my temper with them and supposedly it has shipped but it's a NL tracking number which means it's on a slow boat. It might end up being two months from ordering to receiving. I'll never order from them again.
