We got freezing rain today and it was a slow drive home but not terrible. We’re supposed to get more tonight which will make the morning drive an ordeal.

I hate ice too. I’m hoping it turns into snow. It’s cold enough to snow so I’m not sure why it’s raining. I know people in Michigan got it too.

Hi Fran. The roads were pretty bad this morning. I'm glad school was cancelled so I don't have to worry about my daughter driving in it.

That's a good thing. School up here had a 2 hour delay.

The roads downtown were still pretty bad but the highways were much better. Our neighborhood hasn’t been touched.

The roads were better this morning but there are still slick patches. I don't know if you remember but after I sent you the purple mod I ordered a blue one for a really good price but the shipping was slow boat from china. Anyway, it finally hit the regional post office and I am hoping it might arrive by tomorrow.

I know but that's what she wanted. Thank goodness for the little pup she got. I'm sure getting the ashes back wasn't easy for her.

I'm sure it wasn't easy. When our cat passed last year my wife couldn't even handle picking him up. I had to get him and put him in our shed in a bag since it happened on a Sunday and the vets office was closed. He was more her cat than mine. He sat and cuddled with her. He tolerated me but didn't like me to pick him up. Probably because I was usually the one to clip his nails.
