Got to Amsterdam 4-5hours ago. It is in low 40s but the wind is strong and lowers the chill quit a bit.
You’re probably not too much used to the cold now. 40 would be a nice day for us right now.
I was tired all day today. It’s still a few hours until bed time but am already looking forward to it.
I ended up calling my sister in Ohio and talked for a couple hours. The lawyer is finally close to finishing my Dad’s estate stuff. There will be almost nothing left but I wasn’t expecting anything anyway. I’m just glad that my sister is finally going to be done doing all the running around for stuff to do with the estate. It’s been almost a year and a half. We had to let the house go back to the bank since he owed more than it was worth.
Good morning. It has been quite the ordeal for her since she is the executor. The lawyers office has had her running around for different things as well as her and her son running back and forth an hour and a half each way to take care of the house and move the contents. I helped when I flew back for four days but we didn’t get everything.
I tried to do as much as I could. I think it helped just being there for support also.
Just got back a little bit ago from my daughters violin lesson and went out and scraped some of the ice off the driveway. I checked the mail and my blue kroma kit arrived.
I know. I ordered it from Ali express to get a better price. I’ve got some squonk bottles on order from there also because I couldn’t find them anywhere else.
I just have the fuchai 213 squonk and use it here and there. I just wanted a few extra bottles for it.
We went out to a new to us Mexican restaurant tonight. It was really good and great service. Nice change compared to some of the places we’ve tried. Also made a run to sams club. It was a bit expensive as usual. We had to renew our membership also.
