Might i interest you in a typical Spanish breakfast?

Cafe con leche (Latte),tostada con tomate (toast with fresh tomatoe),put the tomato on the toast then a generous dribble of olive oil and you ready to go

P.S:Recipe for the tomato paste:



P.S:Video in Spanish but you can clearly see how they make it so it's not a problem.

You can also use the same setup,toast and tomato paste for a mid day or afternoon snack.

Toast,add the tomato paste,then you add some thin slices of (Jamon Serrano) spanish name for what Italians call Prosciutto and then some olive oil and voila!!! Pure Nirvana buddy.

Believe it or not but the olive oil actually cuts down the effects of the tomato's acidity.

Morning folks.

Done some Christmas food shopping this morning and I'm beat.
On top of the shopping i had to go to the bank,pick up pills for my pops,electric company to complain about double billing,etc etc....

Letting my pops break his diet for Christmas so i got him all the goodies he likes,he deserves it.

That'll be a nice treat for him. I've been doing my fair share of eating goodies lately and need to spend more time exercising instead of eating.
