I’ve been having pain in my right leg on and off for a while now. I recently went to the chiropractor three times which helped some but it got bad again so I went to see my doctor. She thinks it’s sciatica and I’m scheduled to start physical therapy next month. She gave me five days of prednisone and a month supply of gabapentin. I’m not sure that the gabapentin is helping much so far but read that it can take 1-2 weeks to build up in my system. I do have some arthritis but this is different.
Good Morning. I had sciatica once 20 years ago, went to dr and he prescribed a Z pack and it almost went away immediately.
I wish mine was that easy PT. My wife showed me a couple stretches from when she went to physical therapy a few years that help but it’s only short term relief.
Do you carry a wallet in your back pocket? I switched to a Ridge wallet about 5 years ago and it made a HUGE difference. A couple of weeks of carrying it in my front pocket resulted in no more pain.
No, I haven’t carried a regular wallet in years. I carry a money clip/ card holder in my front pocket.

Good Morning. Yester day I went to two e-cig stores by my house. These kids working there have no idea about e-cigs. Asked about a PG/VG non nic bottle and they had no clue what I was talking about. One guy showed me 0 nicotine liquid flavored.

For hardware I use Sourcemore if I’m not in a hurry. In the states I like ecigmafia and Vapordna. The last time I bought vg or pg for mixing I just bought it on amazon.
I usually order from bull city but once in a while order from nomnomz in the UK.
Just a heads up PT. If you order from nomnomz you have to do some special stuff at checkout since we’re in the U.S. i Can copy and paste the directions if you want to order there. For some reason shipping to us is an issue for them but they found a workaround.
Well its time for Ms PT to fly back to Malaga. She will be there 3 weeks and come back August and head there again Sept.
Hello, no she is not working. We both haven't worked in 9-10 years. We kept the apartment for now and she plans to go for 3-4 weeks come to Edmond a month, etc... We have many friends there and still love it. My health issues wont let me go, I plan maybe next March for 2 weeks.
