Ouch! That sounds really painful. Hope you’re not doing too bad.

I’ve been having more lower back pain this week especially in the morning. I just keep doing my PT exercises and hoping it gets better. I’m trying to ween myself off the gabapentin. The doctor gave me 90 days worth but I know it’s not a long term medicine so wanted to see how I am without it.

yeah had my PT tape my rib cage. I've had it cracked before. Just takes time.

Hopefully it heals quickly. I’m doing ok tapering down on the gabapentin. Not sure if it’s coincidence but had more leg pain yesterday.

Well things are going fast, went to pain management Dr today and now scheduled for a injection in my back tomorrow morning.

I started weening myself off the gabapentin. It’s a short term solution so I wanted to see how I am without it. So far I’ve noticed a little more pain but it’s tolerable. I had my third PT session yesterday. I’m getting some really good exercises that I think will be good long term.

I’m still at one a day instead of two. My wife said that it made me really irritable when I was taking it normally.

Sorry been a while. Gabapentin not doing much. Hey is there talk on here that says just vaping no nic fluid can mess you up? Ms Pt coming home from Spain in a week.

I was wondering what you were up to. I haven’t heard anything about no nic vaping causing any issues.

Yeah my blood pressure is all over the place, High and very low. I may have to go back to nicotine.

How long have you been off nicotine? I don’t know much about blood pressure affects using nicotine.

well went to no nic vaping about 4-6 weeks ago. My life been a mess .

Well if everything changed when you stopped then I’d probably go back to it.

Sorry but had some serious issues, spent last Saturday in ER and then back for 2 more nights Monday, I keep falling, currently have a walker and a chair.

It’s good to hear from you. So are you getting better after your surgery? Recently my brother in law had to have part of his big toe cut off. He’s been diabetic a long time and it seems like he doesn’t do a great job managing it.
