So, I'm normallly a very light smoker. VERY light, usually only socially.

I bought a 901, and use low (11mg) of menthol, and vape occasionally throughout the day.
Actually, My hubby takes it to work with him (yes, he takes MY PINK e-cig. GRR!) so about 8 hours of him working, and 6-8 hours of me sleeping, im not vaping.

So, throughout the day when I do have it, I tend to vape a couple times every half hour or so.

Now last night, I kind of had some weird, "cramps" up in my heart/chest area. (sorry, I don't know human body parts by name other than the obvious lol)
I thought maybe it was because I held my fart in all day (sorry if tmi lol) and you know how you get all crampy as the gas goes back up into you or.. whatever goes on there. So I let it go. (I wasn't talking about the fart, but I DID let the fart go, too. lols)

But just now, I started feeling it again. Its very very mild - doesn't hurt at all. I just feel it there. It feels like a mentrual cramp - but in my chest. (sorry boys!)

I used to diet, used to work out for a little while. I did good until a week and a half ago or so. Now, i've been eating pizza and non-diet sodas. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it or not.

What do you think?

If you have changed your diet in such away your cholesterol may have shot up. Please be careful high cholesterol can be very dangerous i suggest you get back on the healthy diet again and bring the cholesterol down again.

Definitely - see a Doc, find out. Be sure. Take no chances.

I've noticed an odd feeling in my chest area after not smoking any ana-slogs for awhile now - this stuff in my lungs, kind of moving around freely. I thnk they call it "oxygen". :D It's produced a feeling of euphoric well being.

All the best, and a brighter tomorrow for all!

Actually your breasts are becoming larger. One of the wonderful side-effects of vaping for women. Although it can be experienced in males that vape a pink e-cig.;)

If it's really "very mild pain" in your lower back and stomach area, it might be a temporary initial side effect of ecigs. You didn't say how long you've been vaping, but for the first 3 weeks that I vaped, I had (for lack of a better term for a guy) cramps around my stomach and especially my legs. That's a side effect of the propylene gylcol--it metabolizes into lactic acid and causes various muscles to cramp.
Best thing to do it drink LOTS of water and get more exercise, walking especially.
Also, you might want to reconsider 11mg nic juice if you really were a "social" smoker. I use 11mg and I was a two-pack a week. You might want to try 8mg. But that's a personal preference issue.
