Welcome, c450346! Looks at first glance to be incredibly cheap, but doesn't state the nicotine content, and I don't trust the reviews of the site. The approval ratings are way too high, in my opinion. I have never bought from them, so I can't tell you if they're good or not, but I would guess probably not. If you must have a cigalike to start with, Smokeless Image Volt is well regarded here (although they weren't my thing).
My opinion: If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I'd be very careful about giving my credit card info to that site.

Hey and thanks for your opinion :)

I am looking for someting cheap with cheap cartridges, and I do not smoke a lot, very rerley. But I am not looking to pay like $15 for 5 cartridges. The link you provided looks great and all, but again catomizers are a little too much. Would be great if I could get them more for that price or 5 for less :) If you know any please do let me know.

No problem, man!
Well, they do accept pay pal. I suppose if you hardly ever smoke, they are cheap enough that you could try a small order with a temporary pay pal account or a one time credit card number. I've never bothered with either of those options, so you'd have to check out how they work. Don't blame me if they suck, though. :)
If you don't smoke a lot, but want to continue to vape, I'd say that's all the more reason to go with a reliable vendor. Your startup costs should be much less than normal smokers. The volt cartridges are refillable (to a point), so you could always DIY your own liquid too, if cheap is what you're looking for.

Hehe... Sorry. :)
DIY stands for Do It Yourself, as in mix your own juice. You need nic juice 36mg (I wouldn't mess with higher), PG, VG, and flavorings. You can then mix your own and drip it in refillable cartridges, and some that aren't supposed to be refillable. You can get all of that from lots of places. You might want to check out the DIY area of the forum (subforum in e-liquid discussions) before trying it.

Well I know its Do it yourself, I am just not so much into that and all, I really perfer to buy already made if it makes sense, sorry if I dont :)

I buy from beyondecigs and have been for years. Cartomizers are $11.95 and if you buy a lot you can call and get on their wholesale list and price goes way down. If you prefer the cartridge with an atomizer the cartridges are $4.95.

Those looks pretty good with a nice price. But 1 thing I dot get...Cartomizers = $12, cartridge with atomizer = $5, why such difference?

No worries, you make perfect sense. :) What I've also done is ordered juice with double flavor and double nicotine, and thinned it down with PG and VG. Just another option for you. :)

I didn't look, but from the price I am going to assume the $15 cartomizers are "pre filled" with juice. The other "cartridges" (which are a PITA btw) are not. You'd add your own juice and you'll need an atomizer they will fit on.

You can get blank cartomizers (they are the "cartridge" part with the filler material and the atomizer in one unit) without any juice in them for much cheaper. Madvapes carries them in all sorts of threading types...as well as numerous other vendors. Just be sure to get the correct threading for the battery you will be using. The most common style is "510", and the second most popular is "KR808D-1". The Volts are the KR808 type. I used them a long time in the early days of my vaping and they are excellent. You can refill the cartomizers with juice (even the pre filled ones) numerous times...using the same flavor of course. You can even clean them and carry on quite awhile. They are "disposable"...but you can use them far more than just one time, despite what most vendors say on their website (and they know it...it's a marketing thing).
