Yes, very smart. Stay under 50mg/ml unless you have specific need and complete confidence in your skills. Most/all suppliers carry 48 mg/ml strength. Stronger concentrations require more precision and mistakes can have higher consequences. Do exercise all due caution. And enjoy the ride!

WL does not give discounts if it's your first or your hundredth order with them. In fact on some flavors they just about break even or make a very small profit. While others make them greater profit to pad the cost of selling those which don't. If you check The Flavor Apprentice you will see how the prices vary greatly by flavor. So instead of discounts and coupon codes they just give great prices to everyone for everything. They are in the business of supplying nicotine primarily. The flavors and other items they sell are offered for convenience and the only way to get a better price then what WL offers is to buy bulk. You can get 4oz of TFA direct or from One Stop DIY and save a great deal of money but if you don't vape enough the savings are moot.

Yes but really no.
Mess around with ejuice me up's nic combine and throw in some mistakes. Even making a full ml mistake with 100mg on a 30ml bottle you're not going to be off on the final mg by that much. More realistic measuring mistakes probably wouldn't be noticed.
If you can't measure pretty exactly you're going to notice with some flavors more than you would with 100mg.

Already placed several orders and think I will be have more that what I need to get started, in fact I'll have enough to DIY for many months I should think but we'll see how it goes.
I'm excited and nervous at the same time. Bought some flavors for use with recipes but also some concentrates I am sure I can mix, steeep, and enjoy without too much fear of getting unvapable juice.
