Y'know? What is primer fluid?

Seems to get blamed a lot for bad atomizer taste. Is there some law of physics that prevents primer fluid from tasting good? Actually, tasteless would be best I guess... Is somebody trying these out at the factory with that foul brew? And why is there primer fluid in the first place? What does it do? And what happens if atomizers are shipped "unprimed"... does some component dry out and die in shipping? Couldn't we just prime them ourselves on arrival? Primer fluid sounds like an elaborate hoax... Like the moon landing...

Disclaimer: Bellinghamster has no knowledge of how things work. He spends most of his days tapping the end of his M401 attempting to coerce the nicotine faerie who lives in the LED into giving him more vapor. Do not listen to the ramblings of this madman.

LOL ... I'm thinking we should probably hire you just to smoke through all the priming fluid in :D A job that is NOT fun, that's forsure ....

Some of the atomizer come so soaked, as soon as we open the individual baggy, its soaking in it. The little baggy's are sealed, and I'm assuming they come lubed up to keep noobies from accidentally smoking them dry ... Along with keeping parts lubed (wick and heating element moist during transport and storage)

I'm telling you ... every once in a while, we will get a batch and it tastes quite good. Kind of like 555, perhaps a little sweeter! Those are the fun testing days! :D

Yucky !
The taste of my very first try at e-cigs was so bad I almost sent it back. Then I read here that I was smokin primer oil.
So when I first fired up my spare atomizer, I screwed the battery in, and then I blew into the LED end of the battery, which made the atomizer glow and burn off a lot of the primer stuff. Then I put my cart on and inhaled, and it wasn't as bad an experience as it was with my first atomizer with the full primer inhale :)
