After vaping on a tiny knockoff eGo and the cheapest carto tank I could find for 2 months, finally decided to get a good mid-tier set-up:
Twisted Eternity.jpg
Vision Eternity rba + Stainless 1000mAh eGo Twist = Classy Vapor Beast

I call her: The Twisted Eternity :vapor:

(Next step: Super T Precise ELA)

What do you guys think?

Congrats! I'm glad your happy with your setup! The name is creative and sounds good too.

A word of warning though on the Vision eternity. The positive post that you attach the coil wire to is very fragile. It is mounted inside of a rubber insulator gasket so that it doesn't short out against the atty base. To install a new coil you are required to press down quite hard on this post. Repeated coil changes can wear out this post, it won't sit right in the seal, and it will short out against the atty base. Bad design. Easy for them to fix, they should have seen this issue before selling the device and released something with a more durable design.

To me this happened very quickly, I only managed a few coils before the post began to short. The base is sealed so there is no way to repair the post once it happens, as far as I'm aware. Some people have gone through many more coils without issue, so you might be fine.

So you were warned, be very gentile on that positive post. If you use your own wire instead of the premade coils make sure to get wire of the same gauge. Anything thicker will make it even harder to press the little coil blocks down, which makes it even more likely to fail.

Tasteful upgrade. Thoughts and feelings on the Eternity? It keeps catching my eye, but I think some of that may be because it's so damn beautiful :) Of course, though, my eGo is black so I'd have to gt a matching stainless to go with it as well...

The Eternity is great so far, but as UncleChuck says, this is supposed to be a pretty fragile atty. Guess I have to be extra careful with this one...

I have a couple of Eternitys, one in drip mode and the other in tank mode, and they are great performers. I re-coil with either 33 or 36 gauge Kanthal A-1, and I use cotton cheesecloth wicks. I've been using them for a couple of months now, and the positive posts seem quite solid. I take care to apply pressure directly down when putting on the post clips—no side-to-side pressure at all. So far, so good ... knock wood!

BTW, I also have them on 1000mAh SS Ego Twists ... a very elegant look, IMO.
