Let me just say WOW!! Just got my sparkplug in the mail, charged the batteries for 4 hours, put it together and...nothing!

Nope!!

Didn't do anything! I called the company...they took my number and said someone would call me back very soon. I expected a call tomorrow or next week or so...

Nope!

15 minutes later the owner of the company was calling me. Turns out I didn't have the button screwed on all the way.

Let me just say again...WOW!! This must be what vaping is all about!! Vapes huge clouds with amazing TH!!

Just posting my results thus far!

Can't wait to try out the aluminum foil cart mod on it...

@ 4mehealth...OK, I thought carts and cartomizers were the same thing...apparently I'm wrong. What's the difference? These have the spongy stuff in them and go on the atomizer. What am I missing?

@Dormouse...they are 510 carts from what I understand. I'll have to try the blue foam things, but can't you just make those?

@SAPerkins...that's what I thought!! Gave me his personal email address and said to let him know if I had any more issues.

Please note that this is personal. Rightly or wrongly. And I made this decision before I went with LR atty's.

I found the carts to be a bit of a pain. I was pulling it off and topping it up during the day. I said screw it. I'm "practically" dripping, might as well go all the way. Got a drip tip, started dripping and I was good to go. Plenty of vapor, plenty of flavor. And no worries about singing/ burning the filler. Not concerned about running it dry. I just didn't like it.

I only use cartos when I drive. They hold plenty of juice, but I still prefer dripping over everything else. Please don't take what I say as gospel. This is what's worked for me.

**Hindsight says I should've kept my mouth shut about you using the carts... apologies**

Not at all...how do I learn if I don't try everything? I plan to try dripping soon.

Carts are what you have. They are usually plastic capsules that have a poly fill wadding in them to hold juice. You place the carts on the atty to vape. A cartomizer is a cart and atty all in one. Basically its a cartridge with the filling, juice, atomizer, and mouth piece all in one disposable unit. The cartomizers are what most newbies go for since they are easier. BTW yes McDonald-Webb did say they will be releasing cartomizers for the sparkplug also sold on the web site SparkPlug for smokers | The Best Smoking Alternative, Bar NONE!

I'm so glad you like it. Maybe I'll have to try one of those in the future. You should give the company a plug here... I did in one of my threads. I had a fantastic experience with Great Lakes. I called with a bunch of questions and Sarah (owner's wife) took time out of her busy schedule with a 4-month old to discuss with me, in detail, what I should get and/or look for (w/ no sales pressure whatsoever). The very next morning, I got a call from the owner Jay and he asked if all of my questions had been answered and did I have any more? So nice. Then he told me to call him when I got my GLV so he could help me put it together and he definitely wants to know if I like it. I love great customer service! If the product is as good as the CS then I'm golden.
