Home made Touchwood mod

I haven't thought about staining this one as it was quickly sourced and i'm not too pleased with the way the body came out. Congratulations on having an original Touchwood!

Here's another picture of individual parts. All the screws, washers, acorn nut, knurled nut, and threaded brass were bought from home depot for around $6 CDN

I guess cheaper might be subjective.
The only parts I had to pay for was the brass hardware...around 6$ CDN.
The wood, springs, and stainless steel I had kicking around and the 510 connector was about $1 each when I bought a bunch about a year ago.
I have all the tools (drill press, grinders, dremels, and such in my shop) but that could add up if you don't have those.

So all in all I have about $7 and 4-5 hrs labour into this. I never stained it as the body wasn't as well done as I thought it could be.
