Was reading reviews on Nicoticket's website and was Very surprised to find that they don't delete their negative reviews of juices. I can only think of a handful of suppliers that keep all reviews, good and the bad, and this alone was the deciding factor on whether I should order from them.

That, and I really wanted to try some CLS :)

Mad props to Nicoticket as an honorable and honest company, will follow-up with my thoughts on this juice I've heard so much about.

It's true. I couldn't possibly think higher of the Nicoticket crew. I haven't loved every juice I've tried, but I know a well crafted flavor when I taste one. Even if that particular flavor is not for me. They are master craftsmen at what they do, and the momentum they are gaining is no surprise whatsoever.

I'll admit, recently I gave a 3-5 star review to PBC and I still agonize over it. In much the same way you do if you fail to stick up for a friend. That should tell you something right there. They posted it up because that's the type of people they are, and I have a feeling that once it steeps I'm going to be vaping crow.

Good people....

A TRUE PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS HAS to respect BOTH good and bad opinions....otherwise, they can't work to improve anything that may be sub-par....It's what sets the NT "model" apart from nearly all others...there's plenty to be said for the "measure TWICE....cut ONCE" philosophy!!!;)
The coffee juice is a prime example....after repeated attempts at getting the correct formula, it just hasn't "clicked"....so...back to the drawing board....Extra effort takes TIME...but the end result - HAPPY, SATISFIED CUSTOMERS - is the big payoff!!:D
Happy (vaping) Trails!

Incidentally, CLS is my ADV.[/QUOTE]

I've placed 3 or 4 orders thus far with Nicoticket I believe. I haven't been disappointed with any of their juices.. Not to mention that their customer service is top notch and they have sent all my orders out same day.. They even write a little thank you for the order note on your invoice. Kent and Katy are also extremely personable people. You can chat with them right on their website. 5 stars for me.

Wow - this is a first (we've always done this, but this is the first post I've read about it on any forum!) It's inevitable that we'll miss on this flavor or that for someone... believe it or not, even the die-hard regulars have flavors they aren't "head over heels" for. I consider it a win if every bottle is good enough to finish, and 1-2 flavors are "OMG, ADV, I can't live without this stuff." Over time, most people settle in with a flavor or two and continue to fish on the short-runs for change-ups and "something different!"

Thank you kindly for the props! Glad someone noticed we aren't stacking the review deck (despite having a deluge of great reviews!)

I appreciate every review - good/bad/indifferent. No need to stick up for us - like the OP said, the worse case scenario is for the larger community to get a rep for churning out (undeserving) good reviews. PBC isn't even close to a mistake or a miss, it's just a late bloomer. Altered State - that was a miss. I think I made a mistake releasing PBC fresh - if I had let that baby pre-steep a month there would be no doubt in anyone's mind. There's a handful of people who didn't dig Doodle fresh - but it turned into a gem. I honestly think PBC is going to eclipse Doodle for most people, it's just going to take some time to evolve. Spot on review for how it tastes fresh though - especially in light of the fact that most of the line is very well pre-steeped and is a fully functional rockstar FOOB. High bar to reach every time - maybe impossible - but hey - I appreciate the candor regardless.

Kind of makes you a bit leery when you see vendors without a single negative review for any of their juices. You know that can't possibly happen.

No - it can't. Impossible to please 100% of the people 100% of the time, and yes, it makes me leery too. Recently, on NV, one regular said she felt like the "odd man out" because a very popular flavor didn't hit for her... even the award winning flavors (CLS, CB, GCD, H1N1, BG, Gravity) will miss occasionally, or need additional steep time for some people!

Thanks everyone for a great thread AND great feedback!

Agreed sir. And your product sticks up for you just fine, lord knows it needs no help. I guess what I was trying to convey is that your customer care level is making it awful hard for me to remain objective. :) And THAT my friend... is a great thing.

The only thing about negatives, was they trying the juice fresh and then re-tried once it had been steeped? For example, I would of only given doodle 2 stars when 1st got it, as was to much cinnamon for me, I put in a cupboard and forgot about, after 4 months I found it again, and now it is my no.1 NT juice, it would get the full 5 stars from me now.

Based on your advice and the reviews from others, I have placed my unopened bottle of PBC off to the side for a bit. So far I have been able to avoid vaping it because I have some brand XXX PBC from a local shop. It is fair. I have very high hopes for your juice. I have not been disappointed in the past.

It's a rockstar in waiting... I am being patient with it. I dropped a little in the new ZNA30 with the Brass Monkee (stainless cap wide open, 10wraps of 28gu Kanthal, .7 ohm dual coil) and the "roasted peanut flavor" has given way to the cookie in a big way. It's coming along nicely - 1-2 more weeks and it'll be poppin.

Finally received my 12mg CLS and I'm not disappointed in the flavor, what's lacking is throat hit, which for a bakery / dessert flavor I didn't expect a throat slayer.

With customer service, shipping and juice quality what it is, I'll be making another order tonight, need suggestions for favors with throat hit!

    Thanks.

Heya Lumiis - glad the CLS hit for ya m8!~ For throat hit, I'd try the 65PG liquids - H1N1/Betelgeuse/Gravity. It's not overwhelming by any means, but it's more than CLS. GCD/Doodle might be good candidates too because of the cinnamon.
