I got my roughstack in the mail on Saturday, slaped it together and loved it!
However it soon started working only intermittently. I first thought that the battery wasn't charged right so I made sure of that. Then I noticed I had to play around with the atomizer, loosening it and tightening etc. to get it working.
I finally got out my multimeter and checked the battery... yup, fully charged. I then did continuity checks to see if something was amiss and everything tested out fine. This was really puzzling and confusing.
Then, after a few days of this I finally saw it, and believe me, it may seem obvious but it was actually hard to see and I can understand how it could have been overlooked by quality control.
The problem? The press fitting for the atomizer was broke during it's insertion.
Here is a pic where you can see that at the 1:00 o-clock position, there is a piece of the flange that was broken off when the fitting was pressed in.
What do do to next? Please advise.
Thanks
