Made my first order with them. A number of items. Package was missing a drip tip (obviously not the end of the world). When I opened the AGI box, I found a small fracture in the glass tank (AGI and all parts are pre packaged by manufacturer and sealed). I contacted them through their webpage and was replied within an hour. They sent me out the missing drip tip and a new pyrex tank for the AGI. Very quickly. Sure everyone is going to have a mix up every now and then, it's how you deal with it that matters. Great customer service. I will def order again.
