hoosiers e cig review in response to nasty review by another member

i just wanna take a minute to say that i just got done dealing with brent at Hoosiers and he was awesome! my kgo out of the blue stopped working. so what do i do i come here and look to see how their customer service is rated. and im not sure what the rules are for calling out other members on here so i wont. but if you search the site for Hoosiers e cig customer service its the first one on the list. and its not good. his main complaint was that brent was trying to trouble shoot the problem with the guy. that he was trying to wiesel out of replacing the product. whats wrong with trouble shooting? why would he want to replace a product that doesn't have to be replaced? and for that matter why would reviewer x want to go without his battery for a few days if he doesn't have too???

i will side with reviewer x on one thing though. how do i know if my cartomizer is DOA if i dont try to use it? but if i try to use it and see that it doesn't work then its used? and cant be returned? that makes my brain tired, but maybe im missing something.

that said brent did a great job going over a couple of possible quick fixes, and i wish they would have worked and am really glad he tried helping me.

i think it should also be noted that i went from siting in my car going "oh crap my kgo just took a crap" to brent telling me they were going to send me a replacement in less than 2 hours!!!!! that is astounding! and thats after we tried to trouble shoot! via email! you cant ask for better service than that man. i couldn't recommend these guys more. i just hope the replacement gets here as fast as the original. yeah they have great shipping too. and amazing cherry cola juice. lol

thanks brent you were awesome i will be ordering from you guys again.
