IMO The Falcon is not as good as all the hype it has.
I own two. I have had the leaking all my juice out the bottom and with the high capacity and pricey juice that is not cool.
AND BTW I have never had any other tank leak but the Falcon.
I have been vaping for years and have at least 20 tanks and rarely have even replaced an O ring.

There are some things that were "user error".
With my first Falcon I did not have the threads with the top metal piece of the coil on straight. It is easy to cross-thread so be sure it is even on all sides. You should be able to see the coil is the same on all 4 parts and nothing is crooked. Sometimes I have installed the coil on to the metal top first then screwed it in the bottom.
There is an O ring around the base of the coils but looking at the threads of the bottom part of my resin Artisan it looks like it is not doing much to seal the bottom. I think this is so it can be used to accommodate different versions and coils. Perhaps a self made O ring or even Teflon tape as used in plumbing might help.

The correct threading and new O ring solved my leaking issue until I left it sitting for a couple weeks full of juice then it started to leak.

With the second tank I tried it with the triple mesh already installed and that leaked horribly. Also the air vents were impossible to open or close. I don't like the backwards sort of design. I prefer it when the coil is tight the air vents close. That not only helps to break in a new tank ring but also lets you know the feel of how much force is used in screwing the coil bottom on.

The coil vents would not turn either direction either. Once I took things apart and ran them under hot water and assembled them I was able to get the air vents to open and close normally.
But I had no luck getting the M3 to seal so I put that in a plastic bag and installed a prepped M1 I had. It was better but still has the draining out the bottom issue. I have not used it since and am waiting for new juices to arrive. My plan is to completely take it apart then replace all the O rings and I find wiping a tiny bit of juice on them helps them to seal.

There are simply too many people that have these issues to call it such an awesome tank. It has a very flawed design. For an example of a tank that is well engineered and uses good materials in their tanks and coils look at the Uwell Crown 3 (and Uwell tanks in general) and notice how the coil is inserted in the middle with multiple good O rings around the coil. That was a design that won't leak. Unfortunately the tanks and coils do not work for my style of vaping, but I appreciate the engineering.

In fact I have six Big Baby Beast tanks and while IMO Smok products have always used cheap manufacturing and poor quality control. I have had them for years and never changed an O ring nor had a leak. Every time I install a new coil I rinse out the tank parts with hot water. Then dry it and am good to go.

So there are some helpful tips on how to try to keep your Falcon from draining out the bottom but it is a VERY poor design that something as simple as a vape tank takes so many steps just so it doesn't leak. I don't know if the King Version is any better I would be interested to know of any changes that show what some fatal errors of the Falcon design were. Sorry but IMO very poor design.
