Well, it's important to do that sometimes, as you can tell what the OP is like.

Sometimes you can spot a company shill or just someone who is generally disgruntled this way.

:) :)

Everyone has an opinion, granted, but how people behave in the forums directly impacts how seriously I take them.

You were just trying to be courteous...which is totally cool.

Thanks you guys. I know what you mean about being afraid to say out loud who did what, but im new here! ;)
However, Im no stranger to forums, and understand that there are certain rules that cant be crossed. I am simply being cautious. Not wanting to step on any toes. It didn't mean that I wasn't angry though--I never would have started a thread otherwise. In my own way, that got it out for me!

I also dont want to confuse anyone with stating the vendor name, and upsetting a possible employee/vendor that frequents here.

Also, thanks for pointing out the vendors to NOT confuse these people with. (ex: vapor 4 life...I've heard nothing but great things about them!)

Like I said, this was just one employee that I dealt with, and its very possible that she is new, or who knows?? Its just unfortunate for me--the *customer* to have to deal with her, my first time around.

But it seems to me that someone else would have heard my messages, gotten my emails, etc. ?? Im sure its not a one-employee show going on there, and if it is...maybe that's the problem!!

Im still researching, reading it all, and trying to figure it out. I appreciate you all being around, and having this info for us. thanks again!

Keyzgirl, Im still on the hunt for the perfect e-cig for my husband. He hasn't ordered one yet, until he see's what its all about with me first. He doesn't have the time to read and research all of this, but from what i've told him so far--he's already hooked. (me too, and i haven't even gotten it yet!) but anyways...Im still going to spend a good part of the weekend looking and window shopping on the net for a good place.

have a great weekend vapers!

Believe it or not, I had made my very first order with them !!!! I waited and waited, and then got an e-mail that my order would be delayed for a while. While I was waiting i found this forum, cancelled my order with them, and then ordered my first KR808D-1 kit from V4L and had it 2 day delivered. I remeber when I almost went to the kiosk at the mall before I knew anything. I guess i still have a lot to learn now, like what not to say on the forum to pizz everyone off and make myself look like an azz !! Too late I guess. I'm from massachusetts and I'm not even invited to be in the Boston vapors club. Whaaa!!

Really I dont see an issues with calling out a supplier if you have already PURSUED ALL AVENUES PRIVATELY - which this lady did. Quite patiently too.
I guess I was lucky to come here and get info first - so cignot was my first ever supplier and my first ever juice came from DIYFlavorshack - another good 'un.
I dont think the vendor mentioned in an ECF Reg supplier anyway but if it was she could have PM'd the ECF ppl about them.
Word of mouth in this business is HUGE, MASSIVE - the vendors with good reps (and remember you can't please everyone but it goes to the majority vote) have usually worked hard for them and don't want to see them trashed by new sellers who treat customers like dirt.
A bad vendor really does tar the entire selling community with the same brush - and puts new buyers off buying period.
Btw - Im not a seller - nor am I about to be one, or thinking about it - but I *am* a customer, and while I cant claim to be 'always right' I will always be 'a customer' :)

Yep. And please don't confuse the model this vendor sells with the company name of a reputable vendor on this site.........

Yup now you almost have to say who it was as Vapor King to me means V4L and I know Steve's co dont work like that. I dont even buy from V4L but know they are pretty much happy campers.

This in my opinion is a good way to keep from getting ripped off on ecigs.

1. Only buy from ECF registered vendors, this may seem like an advertisement but I have been buying from ECF vendors for a long time and have always gotten good service

2 If you are unhappy with an ECF vendor, contact them and tell them what the problem is. Most of the time they will want to fix the problem but if they dont I would let them know I was a member and planning to post the situation.

3 Before posting contact the mods, the mods here are good friendly people who if you have proof of the problem will help. Dont go to mods with something like " I bought this juice and it taste like garbage" taste is subjective but if it is a legimate complaint they will try to help.

4 If all else fails, then post, if you post dont worry about fanboys say, who cares? If you feel the need to post I think it does no good at all not to name the vendor at the very least you may keep someone else from getting ripped off.

This is excellent advice. If folks would follow this, there would be less problems, and certainly we could help those with legit beefs...........

If you like the vapor king I bought mine from electroniccigarettesinc.com. They have good service and their starter kits are a decent price. They're not a registered vendor here but I have ordered from the several times and never had any issues. I didn't like messing around with the 510 at the time so I switched to a VK from V4L.

Well we here like to know if there is a vendor we shouldn't order from and why so the rest of us don't get burnt. I have only had slow shipping once from all the many vendors I've used that are listed on ECF suppliers section and thats because they were short handed. That was noted on their site though and it was only 5 days. All the rest of the times were 2 to 3 days.

People on this forum know what they're talking about. I'll only buy from notable vendors that have already made a good impression on a majority of the people on this forums.

All I can say is that being rude to a customer, especially a first time buyer, is just outrageous, and hearing this definitely eliminates me from being a future customer. I hope your future experiences are better than your first. Juice with no e-cig though, wth!

If you check the contact information of the company the OP purchased hers from, and the contact information of yours, there's a clue there.

Same company. electronicciggarettes and electroniccigarettesinc are mirrors.
