I ordered a TW tornado. Wored absolutely great the first day. Not a single analog touched.
Woke up this morning charging light was green... put on my atty and cart... got one good good hit and it died.
Battery failure.
Called TW... made a quick video sent it to them of what its doing...they CALLED ME back and said they would ship me out a new one first thing in the morning. free of charge for the kit and shipping. with a return shipping label for the old one. postage paid....
All of this...in a matter of 10 minutes.
I highly recommend their customer service to anyone
