Hot Batteries

My 3.0 batteries are getting hot inside the bullet. Is this normal? Also, sometimes it works when I press the button and sometimes it doesn't. Am I doing something wrong or is there something wrong with my switch?
I was sooooo looking forward to getting my silver bullet and now I am having problems. I have only been using it for about an hour.

Hi boo, I was having the same thing happin, it's the batts not the SB I think.
It stopped after I put in a new set of Tenergy yellow's not the blue one's.

Thanks True. All I ever use are the yellow/silver ones. I just got 2 new sets I will try one of those. It is working right now with a 3.7 volt Tenergy, but the button is still working intermittently.

It worked with one of my new sets of 3.0 batteries for about 4 or 5 tokes and then stopped working. Then the batteries got hot again. Then I put the 3.7 battery back in and now I get nothing. I guess all I can do is wait to hear from Rob.

I'm tryin to find the tread that chad talked about, reset the switch with a tap.
But my vertigo is messing me up, sorry.

Btw IMO it's the damn protection (all protected versions) on the batts, this never happined with my green 17335(1000 mAh).
Unprotected versions never give me a problem.

Thank You! Everytime this happens I noticed that I had just pulled the cart off to drip. Then I put the cart back on and nothing....So you are right, it must be the atty connector.
