juice with the same builds. Or are you just going by expressed random perception and opinion.
Could be. Bad electrical connections are main source of hot buttons and lost voltage. The build and the battery can also lead to hot buttons. What are you using for
batteries? and what is you build?
Best way to clean the contact is to not let them get dirty. How to clean depend on what is fouling them and what they are made from. In this case a contact point is any metal to metal contact, that is in the current path. Not just the things touching the battery or on the end of the switch.
My way of keeping my contacts clean on my brass mech. Is to wipe them off, every time they are exposed.. On my tube mesh, that mean body threads, switch contact and Pos post , at each battery change, 510 every time the topper is removed. About once a month, I break the
mod down and polish all contact points. In use this mod looks old and beatup, stains, patina and scratches and such. But inside where you don't normally see, is cleaner and shinier than the day it was made.
