Why can't they just use micro USB, put in two ports for all I care. One for battery to charge, the other one for the mod connect to escribe.

On a few 8000mah 6S lipos I have the balance wires are 32AWG. But you are correct for the low charging current the small lipo need it would be a non issue.
The fullymax lipos also have larger sized wires and maybe that's what Hotcig is using.

It does have a micro USB port which is for both charging and eScribe. Same as all DNA 200s. The swappable batteries and external charger are a bonus, not a requirement.

Or Hotcig hasn't shipped and FastTech is trying to keep complaints down to a minimum because they told everyone they would get them by 9/15. Earlier today they changed 9/15 to 9/17. Now they changed it to restocking.

Actually is was waiting to be packaged, in packaging now. Not shipped yet.
They put up new pictures of their own now that they got some in.
The battery's balance connector is no longer just hanging there loose.

OK , it has now shipped, so a couple more weeks perhaps.
This is my first time using their USPS expedited battery shipping. I stopped buying batteries from FT way back.
Kind of interesting, the tracking number is for DHL and it's registered air mail so a signature will be required.
GB said they couldn't ship my BTbox DHL due to some customs stuff, hmm.

I didn't pay extra as the only option was DHL for nearly $40. So mine is going Signapore Post, which they quote as 7-14 days I think. The EMS I normally pay $3 extra for is quoted as 6-20, and for me it normally takes 6.

I've never had a Signapore package from a vape vendor before, but I have bought a few things off eBay which I think came Signapore, and they were pretty fast. 10 days maybe, which was pretty amazing for items I paid £3 for on eBay with free shipping.

But first it has to ship..
