without an analog. This is the best I've ever done. I haven't even cheated and looked through the ashtray for something smokeable. I've already saved about $12 and haven't smoked about 2 packs of cigs. If the mathematical equation is correct I've already gained about 4 hours of life. Part of me would love one but I don't physically have any in the house nor any empty packs around to remind me. Skipping a carton of cigs last week and investing in a pv is the best thing I've ever done.

Yea! Rah-Rah and all that. Good for you. Keep it up. Keep viewing this forum for some that have made it a year or more... and never looked back.

The 1st couple of weeks are the toughest. Remember to try to "boost" you mood as the MAOI effect is missing in vaping. BTW... cigs taste like crap once you get your taste buds back (I hear) and they smell bad too. You're getting clean clean clean. Keep it up!

Bravo to you, you are on your way. I stopped analogs July1, 2010. There is one analog in my car from the old days. I could care less about it. I like looking at it and experiencing the lack of desire :). My first couple weeks, I continued to go outside with a co-worker and vape while he smoked. Found I just can't stand the smell anymore, or the stuff on my clothes or anything. Now I find something else to do while trying to get him on the PVs.

Blessings.
