house of vapor tripple punch daul coil carto issue

hi all,
Recently got a tank. worked great with first dual coil carto with 1 hole. next cartos not so much, dont have a dremel, ordered some triple punch dual coil cartos from house of vapor.

EVERYONE BURNS SO RED YOU CAN SEE IT THROUGH THE HOLES! PLUS A BURNT, BURNT TASTE, AND PLASTICY SMELL!

WTH?

i tried to prime it and the damn thing is totally soaked so i dont get it...
only using these supposed 2ohm cartos at 3.7v and tried on lavatube at 3v and even then still burning and disgusting.

new to daul coil so any help before i contact hov because of these horrible wastes of $?

side note these are triple punched 2ohm single coil cartos i was mistaken thinking they were daul coil
