Household Budgetary Committee Ruling

The Budgetary Committee of this Household has declared that any further purchases of the PVs / juice / Shiny New PV Accessories must adhere to the following policies:

1.) Said items must be purchased during a sale. Not just because "It looked neat!".

2.) Only Coupon Code discounts of only greater than 10% will be considered as "Sale" priced. The argument of "But the discount covered the shipping cost, so it's like a sale!" is no longer applicable.

3.) Replacement of necessary parts may not require sale price. However, "But they have it in Red!" is not a valid point for "replacement".

4.) juice purchases have been limited to required daily vape needs. "But I always wondered what Choco-Kumquat-Butterscotch-Sublime tastes like!" does not fall under this classification.

People, these are hard-times. The Household Budgetary Committee is saddened that such actions must be taken. But in light of the fiscal responsibility, spending must be cut. Thank you for your support.

I have to tell you, ECF, that the Household Budgetary Committee sucks!
Since I am the majority vote in the Household Budgetary Committee, I cannot even begin to tell you how incensed I am with myself!

Now then... where are the Sales this fine Friday?!?

Great post. Smoking was definitely cheaper for me but not near as much FUN!!!

Not my case, it was 3 packs myself and one for the wife per day, down to zero now. No matter what i buy it is always cheaper.
Plus i just got 120ml at 60mg for less than 30.00 dollars including shipping and vg from the farmacy, it will last for a long period of time.

Could I just add one rule:

Don't drink a bottle of wine with a computer & credit/debit card winking at you, then decide it's a great idea to try some other vender's out, then forget what you've ordered and how much you've spent.
