...pulse or battery company "max" ratings are useless and can't be used to compare

AWT is one of the brands known as a "rewrapper". They purchase lower quality cells from the top
three battery manufacturers, put a new wrapper on the can, and then advertise highly exaggerated specifications. Pretty despicable, really.
