If you have ordered from China before and have had good results, go for it. I personally placed an order with Gearbest (China) 2 months ago (took my money quickly) and now they tell me my order should be shipped by Oct 24.

I was just about to post that. It's a misspelled knockoff of the Marlboro brand spelled MaRboro trying to get fools to think it's a legit brand. Then you have the line "A Class of Vaping" which sounds more like "Engrish" than English. Finally Marlboro has never made a vape liquid and if they ever do it will not be coming from China, mislabeled, with "Engrish" packaging. All of this to say: that product should not be bought or vaped by anyone.
