Hello everyone. I would have posted this in the modders forum, however I'm a new member so I guess I'm restricted to posting here. As I am in fact a new member, I guess any reasonable post I make in this section becomes relevant.

What I am trying to do is make a box mod. I have all the parts and the knowledge to make this happen. Only part I need help with is removing the atomizer threads from a dead blu battery. Because the threads on a blu battery fit a 510 atomizer, I figured why not just find a way to use the threads from this dead battery for my 510 based box mod. I had 2 dead blu batterys and now I only have 1 because I tried to force the connector threads out of it and the threads got ruined. So thats why I'm coming to you guys, I don't want to ruin these threads too...

Thanks

Not sure. If the blu battery is an auto may have more problems in just getting the connector off to use. I had an auto ego battery I killed with jucie and decided to take it a part, the auto switch is just inside the connector and since it was dead was not able to do anything with it. Have seen this web site listed for parts Connectors Good luck!

I use a dremel cutting tool and slice down the length of the battery up where the connector is just deep enough to go threw the outside casing. Then i use a small screwdriver to pry it open . Since it is a auto you will have to tear the sensor casing ( plastic) off. Then you will have a 510 battery side connector. I usually solder the hole closed so no juice can get into the mod. You can also just buy one if you want to, here is a link to one 510 Battery Connector, Sealed
