How can I thin out a liquid?

I got some tasty vapor liquid recently, and its been acting really funky in the two blank carts I've tried. A theory is that it might be a little thick as it doesn't seep into the polyfill like others do, it kind of sits in the "corner" of the inner cart wall and the polyfill surface, before going down to the bottom of the cart, where it isn't distributed properly and I get no flavor/vapor.

does anyone have any advice for thinking out a liquid just a little bit? tap water maybe?

No tap water!! Distilled water, vodka (ever clear) or some PG. Use a very small amout to start...like a few drops, until you have the desired consistency.

you can use vodka? I think I might try that or distilled water and see how it works.
