How can you tell when you need to refill cartridge

HI I just received my first e-cig today and I was curious.

How do you know when it is time to refill your cartridge with e-liquid ?
does it taste different ?

And is it ok to refill the cartridges that came with the joye-510 ? it said in the instructions they were for 1 use.

When vapor production starts diminishing and/or you begin to taste something unpleasant, top off the cartridge with a few drops of e-liquid. I do not own a 510, but I believe they can be topped off and refilled. You will get the hang of it quickly. Keep reading. Lots of good info here.

You want to keep your carts moist all the time. More vapers burn out atomizers by vaping them too dry. The cart should be quite moist to the eye without actually pooling.

My first day or so on my 510 I topped the cart off every time it felt like I was getting less vapor. Lately I just keep the cart moist and drip the atomizer 2-3 drops. Its more satisfying (to me at least) if I do it that way and re-drip every 10 drags or so.

You'll get a feel for it in a couple of days if you experiment a little. Just don't let your atomizer dry up!

You can refill them many times, however eventually they will start tasting funky. You'll know then that it's time to restuff the cart. Remove the old stuffing, and replace with fiberfil or fluval. There are several good videos on how to do this (it's quite simple) in the video section of this site.
