How did this happen?

I completely forgot my 1 year anniversary of being cigarette-free!

As of 9-17-09 I have been a non-smoker.

Seems interesting that before, I stressed about WHEN and WHERE I could have my next smoke, but I forgot my big milestone.

I could not have done it without ECF, and you all have my most sincere thanks!

I'm still confuddled how it was that I FORGOT.

I should have used this as a reason to buy myself some sort of celebratory gift, and at least get a nice dinner out of it.
