It's on the settings page.
Do you want a picture on your profile page or do you want an avatar? That's the picture that appears in your post.

Same way you did your Profile...go to settings -where it says edit Avatar...take it from there

You use the "settings" option at the top of the page. It's between "My profile" and " Log Out" links.
