How do i buy/sell items in ecf

Hey guys still kinda new here i am looking for a igo l and i was planning on buying it from someone in here but my post got taken down and told me to enter the classifieds to mAke these posts? I am soooo confused what exactly are the classifieds and how do i get in them?
