White vinegar comes out easy, but that's also why I said alcohol after it.. definitely try some juice you're not going to use.

But no, I haven't, but it's natural bleach.. seems like a pretty extreme case. I wouldn't want a cat trying to mark my mouth or face...I'm just pulling strings here.. never had that issue. Maybe lemon juice instead of vinegar?

First... get rid of the cat! An unspayed cat is about as worthless as teats on a boar hog!

Believe it or not, but plain old baking soda will definitely help with the odor issues. About 1 tsp in 8 oz. of water and let it soak for several hours. Remove all of the o-rings and completely disassemble it as much as possible. The give it a good rinse soak in plain water for about 10 minutes or so. Also the baking soda is benign in the fact it won't etch or affect the parts like vinegar will.

Urine is acidic by nature especially cat urine since their diet is very high in proteins. The baking soda is a natural deodorizer and also will neutralize the acidic properties of the cat urine.
