Thanks for the responses! Im VERY new here

Ive just been reading A LOT and asking lots of questions. Boiling the atty I thought came up to be a hit or miss sort of thing?
GaryD, did you mean how old is the atty? The cart is only a couple days old. Actually this is day 2 now. The atty is about 8 days old.
Thanks!
Jim
I think some folks have given advice that says their Attys slow down after boiling. I warm a small cup of water in the Microware, to boiling temp.
Then I add a slight amount of soda and cidar vinegar to it; then toss in the atomizers. Let set 15 min. Take out rinse under hot water, blow out after they cool some, use hairdryer and
sit cart end up over 24 hours. I know this is somewhat different than
most folks tell you. I don't boil them, just throw into boiling water with
the other things I have mentioned. The acid in the cidar vinegar shines the
metal on it, and the baking soda knocks out any bad taste that might linger. I've not always resurrected the attys, but in many cases have.
Highping has a page of instructions on resurrecting Atomizers, I would also recommend that. I think we have all used our own methods, and as they say "more ways than one to skin a cat."
