How do I post a link?

Hi gramakittycat... you would use the "world" icon that appears just above where you type... a pop up box will appear, you can left click in it to save the http:// or just right click to enter the saved URL <which should wipe out the first http://> if there is a double http:// it will still work, it just shows up in the link...
