How do I report a registered supplier?

How do I report a registered supplier that sells through ECF? I hate to do it but when ppl, especially when dealing with money & lots of ppl on here, lies & screwed me over I wanna give ECF a heads up incase it keeps happening

^^ what FlamingoTutu said Posting in that forum give the supplier an opportunity to respond and (hopefully) resolve the issue. Just give the stickies in that forum a read, first

Conversely, vendor bashing isn't allowed in the general forums, because forum rules don't allow vendors to post there. In fairness they have a right to respond to a complaint and can only do so in the Negative reviews section or in their own Supplier forum.

So I've already had contact with the supplier. I was told he would give me my money back, then decided not to. A trade was also involved so I thought of anything [even coming out in his favor] & nothing worked. So I can't take this to an administrator even after talking to him & nothing worked. He does have an open page, I'm not about bashing but I am about letting another ppl know so same thing doesn't happen.
