I run a 1.1ohm dual rda (2 x 2.2) on the istick and will do so on the "new" MVP when it arrives. Even the istick with 1.1ohms isn't the best choice, and that's up bang on 20w.
The MVP set a max (11w) with a single coil dripper won't exactly win any prizes....
you want more "bang" out of either devices - switch to voltage mode. it pumps out more than 11W with the right ohm coil. just do the math and keep in mind the MVP max amp output is 3.5 and the istick is 6amps
Yeah, my bad. A Hana clone of Clouper would be better. My main point was just that the MVP wouldn't be a battery I'd be suggesting. Thanks for catching that. My mistake.
Where's the best and cheapest place to buy a Clouper DNA 30? I'm currently trying to decide between the models on fasttech and focalecig but am a bit concerned about the quality and safety of some of the clones out there.
I too am currently using an MVP 2.0 but am considering upgrading not only to buy the Atlantis but the BVC's I'm using on my Nautilus tanks seem to be lacking power as well with the MVP 2.0. I'm getting a pretty moist vape with a lot less vapor production then let's say my iClear 30, Smok Vivi Nova or Pro tank. I also get the occasional juice spit up through the tip.
But with these other tanks I mentioned, the MVP works golden. So even when I upgrade, my MVP will still get great use as a backup. It also takes an absolute beating at work and still still performs like new.
I've returned 2 new Hana 30 clones to fasttech. One started buzzin, other had a bad 510 plus those chips are funky. I have 2 iSticks now that I like. If you want 30 watts then look at the IPV mini. It uses a very good chip.
MVP2 are good units. I have two of them. They were about the best device in there time. They are used as a backup for long road trips and on my motorcycle. Also take both hunting with me as not only to vape but if I get lost in the bush again I have extra cell phone power. They have a special place in my heart because after eGo-C's the MVP2 was what made me forget to smoke for three days and did not want to start my count days over of smoke free so I just quit. That was over a year ago now. I also have two Isticks but they are new and have not been through the test of time. CHEERS!
I love my MVP2, I use it all day, every day. I also own an iTaste VTR which seems to sit on my coffee table collecting dust. I have an order in for an MVP 20W which I'm really looking forward to. The MVP2 is great, but I think the 20W version will surpass the MVP2.
My 2 cents is its a great battery for the price. I use mine all day at work. I drive from point A to point B to C and so on all dqy so dripping is not an option on the road. The MVP lasts 3 days on average between charges and runs my Kanger Pro 2 mini and Nautilus perfectly.
