How do you add signature to forum posts?

I have been reading the forum for a few hours, and was wondering how do people get the pictures underneath their posts? Do they add them every time?

Your signature will post every time, but on this forum you need a minimum number of posts to add one. 15 posts I believe

After that you will go into settings then edit signature.....
