How do you choose your flavors?

I hate to start a new thread on this but I haven't a clue. ( I did a search and didnt find exactly the info i was looking for)

I need at least 3 concentrated flavors for DIY and I plan to order them and all the tools needed today. I finally found the 60 ML bottle of 60 MG unflavored nicotine juice that has the price I like.

I'm stuck cus I haven't got the foggiest clue on what I might like in a flavor.

What are some good requirements you guys use for choosing your flavors?

If I pick say, coffee flavor, will I expect it to taste like coffee or just a mild hint of coffee? I need to know all the in's and out's so I can make an informed choice.

Yeah and also it sounds like you need to get some no-nicotine ejuice to dilute that with, else you might give yourself a heart attack

Yeah I know.. PG and VG.. I'm looking into best prices for that..

I'm researching my tools but most people talk in terms of Ml and the tools I'm looking at are CC

I see the -juice calculator only does ml.. so i might need to go with another company for my tools.

Unless it uses Ml and CC together.. er.. I'm a Yank.. I use the standard imperial system. Not up on this metric stuff and high school was over 20 years ago.

Interchangeable, 1CC=1ML.

Thanks. I would have never guessed a ML was the same as a CC. Makes things much easier.

Flavorings? First I look at the DIY forum guides which mark which flavors are unsuitable for vaping. I also look at the awards section of their guide to see who has the highest rated version of common flavors.

I also read sticky threads in DIY and follow links to reviews and tests of various flavorings. So far I have bought mainly Perfumer's Apprentice, a bit of Lorann, a bit of Flavourant and one Capellas and I have bought them wherever I could find stock of the flavors I wanted.

How I choose flavors? I have already tried a lot of sample eliquids so I have some idea of what I like. I like vanillas, dark chocolates, caramels, rum, peach, some berries and some turkish and dark tobaccos.
